Priority decay now uses a configurable floor value (priority_decay_floor) so VIP entries never fall below a minimum effective priority. Previously the floor was hardcoded to 0.
The TV display HTMX fragment was polling at 1-second intervals regardless of queue activity. Interval corrected to 5 seconds to reduce server load.
